We accidently found this gem online , through expedia. What a wonderful surprise! We arrived June 8th 2019, stayed until the 16th, loved it. Our room was beautiful , ocean view. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk, all the people at the desk went out of their way to help whenever we needed them- especially Heriberto, he was the best! If we needed directions, he gave them, perfectly, if he didn't know, he would find out. He went out of his way for us, and couldn't have been nicer. We booked our trip "All Inclusive"- this is not your typical all inclusive. They have three restaurants on the property, while that doesn't sound like much, it is actually pretty perfect. It is not the "buffet style" it is a menu, you have a beautifully presented meal. I want to mention others who also helped make our trip wonderful- Joel, our waiter with a smile always, and our lady who saw to it that our room was perfect- Emelia!We can't wait to return! Loved it.
